Private E-Bike Tours through Chianti & Tuscany

Chianti is gloriously hilly — which is exactly why an e-bike is the perfect way to see it. The motor helps when you need it, on the climbs, so you cover real ground, arrive at the cellar smiling rather than spent, and still enjoy the freewheeling descents and the scent of the vineyards.
Why e-bike through Chianti
An electric bike opens the countryside to almost everyone. You ride the same panoramic roads a serious cyclist would — past cypress avenues, stone farmhouses and rows of Sangiovese — but at a pace that leaves you free to look up, stop for a photograph, and taste without exhaustion. It’s active, but it’s a pleasure, not an endurance test.
The classic Chianti Classico route
The most-requested itinerary rolls through the heart of Chianti Classico, past vineyards and medieval villages such as Greve in Chianti and Panzano. You stop at a family-run winery for a guided tasting, pass Romanesque churches and long ridge-top views, and finish with an easy ride back to your transfer.

Tell us your dates and how far you’d like to ride. We’ll match the route to your group.
Plan your e-bike dayFrequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be fit or an experienced cyclist?
No. If you can ride a bicycle at all, you can do this. The electric assist handles the hills and your guide sets a comfortable pace for the group.
How does an e-bike work?
You pedal as normal and a quiet electric motor adds power on demand, especially on climbs. You control how much help you want, so the ride is as easy or as sporty as you like.
How long is the ride?
Half-day routes are gentle and social; full-day routes cover more ground with a longer lunch and a support vehicle along the way.
Can we visit wineries?
Yes — a tasting at a family-run winery is built into the classic route, and more can be added on a full day.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes and closed shoes; we provide the bike and helmet. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen and a light layer for the descents.
Is there a minimum age?
E-bikes suit teenagers and adults; for families with younger children we’ll advise on the best format, and we can arrange gentler routes.
What if it rains?
Light showers are usually fine, but for genuinely poor weather we reschedule or switch to an alternative experience. We confirm the day before.
When is the best season to ride?
April to June and September to October are ideal, with comfortable temperatures and beautiful light. Summer rides start early to beat the midday heat.
