Does planning a tailored tour cost anything?
No. We propose an itinerary and revise it with you at no charge; you only pay once the plan is confirmed.
How far ahead should we start planning?
Four to eight weeks in high season (May, June, September, October); two weeks is often enough from November to February. Museum slots are usually the limiting factor.
Can you arrange guides, drivers and restaurants together?
Yes — that’s the point. We coordinate licensed guides, private drivers, museum access and reservations into one seamless plan with a single contact.
Do you work with travel advisors and concierges?
Yes. We regularly work directly with advisors and hotel concierges, keeping client preferences confidential and handling every detail on the ground.
Can you plan multi-day itineraries beyond Florence?
Absolutely. We design full Tuscany itineraries taking in Chianti, Siena, San Gimignano, Val d’Orcia and the coast, and can extend to other regions of Italy.
Are the tours truly private?
Yes. Every element is private to your party — your own guide, your own driver, your own pace — never a shared group.
Can you accommodate special occasions?
Yes — honeymoons, anniversaries, milestone birthdays and celebrations are among our favourite trips to design, with special touches arranged discreetly.
What if our plans change during the trip?
